WHAT WE PROVIDE
Trauma Management
We focus on providing specialized treatment to help clients manage their symptoms of trauma. We have training in modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Psychotherapy (CPP), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), among others.
Assessment
We provide general psychological evaluation and psychoeducational exams. We will soon be expanding our ability to provide comprehensive clinical psychological evaluations.
Parent Groups
We have found a need to provide parents with important parenting skills. Through sharing techniques for managing parenting, parents provide lived experiences that will benefit everyone at each group meeting.
Community Projects
The SabaterLAB Foundation ensures the social mission of our organization. The foundation focuses on forming partnerships to serve uniquely diverse communities. As a result, we will be able to provide psychoeducational resources, integrative services, and sustainable growth.
Skills
Controlled breathing, full attention, progressive muscle relaxation, and visual imagery are some of the strategies we teach our clients to help manage their symptoms effectively.
Advanced Clinical Practice
SabaterLAB and William James College have collaborated together to provide a year of clinical practice and supervision for doctoral-level students! He or she will have the opportunity to provide counseling, clinical psychological evaluation, and community consultation services. In addition, he or she will receive training in various models of mental health treatment.
