11/23/2022 - #GivingTuesday is Right Around the Corner! Join Us!

Dear readers,

The SabaterLAB Foundation will be hosting #GivingTuesday on November 29th at our main office space listed on our website. For those who were apart of the previous event we hosted on August 12th and August 13th, it will be the same. For those who don't know, SabaterLAB Foundation will be opening our doors for free mental and behavioral health check-ins and evaluations as well as spreading the word about who we are and what we do. Anyone and everyone is welcome, although we do still ask for their to be a level of respect not only for us, but for those that may be or may not be around you as well. For more information, please feel free to call us using the phone numbers listed on our website!

GIVING TUESDAY 2022

Dear Generous Donor,

Working full force towards reducing stigma around mental health in marginalized populations, all of us at SabaterLAB Foundation are super excited about resuming our Community Mental Health Screening Days and, with #GivingTuesday being fast approaching on November 29, 2022, want to share an opportunity for you to kindly consider joining our efforts. The lives, mental health, and well-being of many of our community members will be positively impacted by your contribution.

In partnership with Sabater Laboratory for Psychological Innovations Inc (SabaterLAB for short), the SabaterLAB Foundation will offer mental health screening for our children, adolescents, families, and adults throughout the year. Whether you think you really liked our three high school student interns led Mental Health Screening Days this past summer, or even if you did not get to participate then, our next days to come have been planned to be sure to win your heart.

This time around, our recruiting efforts will concentrate on adding more volunteers to our Mental Health Screening Days team for a wider reach, and on encouraging the generosity of kind donors like you for a greater impact. That said, please consider donating to this worthy cause and needed service. When barriers are removed, living a life enjoying the benefits of good mental health and well-being is possible.

We understand that stigmatized views around mental health and seeking help exist. Offering accessible, equitable, and inclusive Mental Health Screening Days for our community is one of many ways to reduce this stigma. Your donation will help cover the cost of the equipment, technology, supplies, and materials for participants’ packages given at each event. An average of fifty packages will be needed per event day.

Thank you for your consideration and support. Please contact us with any questions. We hope we can count on your support, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best,

Ivelisse Sabater, President Dr. Julio E. Sabater, Vice President/Chairman
